Bedales Band Night, Tuesday 17 November, showcased over an hour's worth of quality live music from our students. There were performances ranging from a poignant rendition of Amy Winehouse’s ‘You know I’m no good’ by Ellie Leonard-Biebuyck, to original songs such as ‘Bob’ written and performed by Rowan Eastabrook, Callum and Fergus Steele and Stefan Gagov. It was a treat also, to see debut performances from students in Block 3 all the way up to 6.2 and with them, a whole new wave of talent. The passion behind each performance was evident and the zest the artists bought to them was infectious. Band Night mightily marked one of the first music events in our calendar and we look forward to experiencing what is produced next.
