The Hamper Ball is the annual fundraiser for the John Badley Foundation (JBF) featuring the amazing Bedales All Star Band. We provide the marquee, tables, chairs, one chilled magnum of sparkling wine per table and the live music. We ask you to bring your own food, drinks, crockery, glassware, and anything you need to decorate your table in your chosen theme. The marquee will be open from 11am on the day of the ball for you to set up your table, and prizes will be awarded to the three most creative tables.
Please note that you will have the option to buy a table of ten or individual tickets. If you are booking a table, you will be asked to give guest names as part of the booking process. If you are buying individual tickets, the Development Team will match you with other parents and introduce you by email in advance of the event. If there is someone specific you would like to sit with, please email development@bedales.org.uk to let us know. If tickets have sold out, please also email development@bedales.org.uk to be added to a waiting list in the event of any cancellations.
No time to make a hamper? Local catering company, Peapod & Co, offer a picnic catering service. Minimum booking is for six people. Order your picnic before Friday 9 June, asking for delivery to Bedales, and the company will deliver it to the marquee at 7pm on the night of the event. Visit: www.peapodandco.com/picnic-delivery
