Last term the student led Photojournalism activity created a photography competition for the students of Bedales School. The aim of the competition was to encourage more people to feel confident about taking photos and encourage them to submit photos that they may have just taken on their phones. The competition had two prize categories (Blocks and Sixth Form), and the photos submitted ranged from self portraits to nature to selfies. Congratulations to ‘Blocks’ winner Maya Ziv (Block 5), and runners up Harry Green (Block 5) and Skye Hurwitz (Block 3). Congratulations to Will Purkhardt (6.1) who won the Sixth Form category, and runners up Harry Bonham Carter (6.2) and Christi Van Clarke (6.2).
