On Tuesday C-12 Dance Theatre visited Bedales to perform their latest choreography in a shortened performance of Shhh! Dance students from Block 4 to 6.2 took part in a workshop run by the company’s director, Adam Towndrow. He ran several group exercises of which one consisted of running at speed towards a wall of people with our eyes closed. The aim was to build trust and while it was much harder than it looked I think it had a positive effect. Towards the end of the workshop Adam taught us all a section from the production. It involved a lot of physical performance and overall I think everyone enjoyed the afternoon.
