Any kind of further study you undertook after leaving Bedales, and any qualifications that you gained.
Bachelors in Economics and Finance (2019-2022) at Bocconi University (obtained), Bachelors in Mathematics (2022-2025) at Università degli Studi di Milano (in progress)
What kind of work you are currently involved in, and how and why you came to be doing it.
I briefly worked in various roles in finance, most recently as an analyst at a small hedge fund in Switzerland, but my interest in finance is restricted to quite a small and hard to access set of roles which I couldn't break into, so I decided to pursue my strongest interest at this time which is math and its interplay with physics.
Whether being at Bedales has helped you in getting to where you are now, and what you enjoy about what you are doing.
Being at Bedales definitely did help, most saliently in that I didn't feel pressure to conform to any particular path (academically or in my career) and spent a lot of time thinking about things on my own, which is more or less still the defining characteristic of how I live/make choices. On the academic side I enjoy what I'm doing because (in short) the answers to the questions which are addressed by advanced maths and physics are in some ways very unusual and in other ways very natural.
What Bedales Assessed Courses you took and how have they influenced your life since taking them.
I took philosophy, religion and ethics as a BAC and I would say it is probably the most important course I took at Bedales because of its wide scope and emphasis on informed independent thought, which characterises my activities and career ambitions at the moment as I mentioned above.
And other interesting activities or occupations that you have been involved in since leaving school.
I produce music, DJ and organise events because I really enjoy it, and I am also slowly working on a platform for trading records.
