Bedales best for ‘forward thinking’ in The Week Independent Schools Guide

Following consultation with a wide range of education experts, heads, teachers, parents and students, The Week has published its Autumn/Winter 2020 guide to the leading independent schools in the UK. Bedales is selected as the ‘best of the best’ for ‘forward thinking’. The article quotes the school’s aim to ‘develop inquisitive thinkers with a love of learning who cherish independent thought’. Alongside Bedales Assessed Courses, also featured are the new Sixth Form sustainability course ‘Living with the Land’ and the later start initiative to account for teenage sleep patterns, with lessons starting at 9.45am from September 2020.
